Jewelry Care Guide
Fine jewelry is more than an accessory; it is a steadfast companion in your journey. Learn how to maintain the radiance of your jewelry with our expert care guide, ensuring each piece continues to reflect your unique poise for years to come.
Demi-Fine Collection
Our demi-fine collection features high-quality 14K or 18K gold electroplating over premium base metals, meticulously polished for a warm, luminous glow.
Daily Care:
- "Last On, First Off": Always apply perfumes, lotions, or hairsprays completely before putting on your jewelry. Chemical residues are the primary cause of oxidation and fading.
- Keep it Dry: Remove your jewelry before exercising, showering, or swimming. Exposure to sweat, salt, and chlorine can erode the gold plating over time.
Cleaning:
- Gently buff the surface with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth to remove oils and fingerprints.
- Note: Never use silver dips or abrasive cleaners, as they will damage the delicate gold layer.
Storage:
- Store in a cool, dry place. We recommend placing each piece in the Ever P. anti-oxidation pouch or a lined jewelry box to prevent scratches from other items.
Natural Pearls (Organic Collection)
Pearls are organic gemstones with a unique "living" quality. They require breathability and extra tenderness.
Daily Care:
- Avoid Chemicals: Pearls are highly sensitive to acids. Keep them away from makeup, vinegar, detergents, and excessive perspiration.
- Prevent Dehydration: Do not store pearls in airtight or overly dry environments for long periods, as they may become brittle and lose their luster (orient).
Cleaning:
- After each wear, wipe your pearls with a slightly damp, soft cotton cloth to remove any trace of sweat or oils.
- Note: Never use ultrasonic cleaners, as the vibrations can damage the organic structure of the pearl.
Storage:
- Store Individually: Pearls have a low hardness level. They must be stored separately from metal jewelry to prevent surface scratching.
- Lay them flat on a silk or velvet-lined surface rather than hanging them.
Beaded Jewelry (Handcrafted Artisan Series)
Our beaded jewelry combines diverse materials with artisanal movement. Its longevity depends on protecting the integrity of the cord and structure.
Daily Care:
- Avoid Excessive Tension: While we use high-strength professional jewelry cords, constant pulling or stretching can cause the string to slacken or snap.
- Impact Protection: Natural stones or glass beads may chip or crack if they strike hard surfaces.
Cleaning:
- Wipe each bead with a dry, soft cloth. If dust accumulates in the crevices, use a soft-bristled brush to gently flick it away.
- Note: Avoid soaking beaded jewelry in water. Moisture can seep into the cord, leading to mold or structural weakness.
Storage:
- Store Flat: We recommend laying beaded necklaces and bracelets flat to prevent the cord from stretching over time due to gravity.
- Store away from direct sunlight to prevent certain natural gemstones from fading.
