Return Eligibility & Timeline

Return Window: You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your package.

Multiple Shipments: For orders delivered in separate packages, the 30-day window begins from the delivery date of the last item.

Processing Time: Once your return reaches our collective, please allow 3-5 business days for quality inspection and processing.
Eligible Items for Return
To maintain our high standards of craftsmanship and hygiene, all jewelry (Necklaces, Rings, Earrings, etc.) must meet the following "As-New" conditions:

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

Original security tags and brand packaging (including jewelry boxes and pouches) must be intact.

No Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you get your desired piece quickly, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
The following are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Personalized/Engraved Items: Custom pieces crafted specifically for your story.

Clearance/Final Sale Items: Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Promotional Events: Orders placed during major sitewide campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Anniversary Sales) are Final Sale.

Note: Orders using a "Welcome Discount" on full-priced items remain eligible for return.

Damaged by User: Items showing signs of wear, perfume damage, or improper storage.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Our Team: Before shipping, email us at info@everpjewelry.com with:

Your Order Number.

A brief reason for the return.

Clear photos of the item and its security tag to verify its condition.
2. Arrange Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping via a carrier of their choice.

Mandatory Info: Once shipped, you must provide us with the Tracking Number and Order Number.

⚠️ Important: Do not send returns to the sender's address on the original box. We will provide the dedicated Inspection Warehouse Address once your request is approved.
Quality Inspection & Refunds
Every returned piece undergoes a thorough inspection by our partners to ensure it meets our "Ever Promised" quality standards.

Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after passing inspection.

Rejected Returns: If an item is returned in a condition that prevents resale (e.g., scratched, missing stones, or removed tags), Ever P. reserves the right to refuse the refund.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
