Every Ever P. piece undergoes a final quality check before it is prepared for its journey.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
The moment your Ever P. package departs our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number. This allows you to follow your jewelry’s journey from our studio to your doorstep. You will be able to view its real-time location and estimated arrival date. Should you encounter any difficulty in tracking your radiance, please reach out to our concierge team at info@everpjewelry.com.
Shipping Restrictions
To ensure the safe and secure delivery of our high-quality pieces, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for delivery. We are currently unable to deliver to:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): For our clients in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, and Australia, Ever P. covers all customs, duties, and taxes. The price at checkout is your final price.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): For all other destinations, your order may be subject to local customs duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your Ever P. purchase. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.
Countries Without Delivery Tracking Updates
Please be advised that the following destinations do not support real-time tracking updates once the package enters the country. We ask for your understanding when shipping to these regions:

Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged item in your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@everpjewelry.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product so we can assist you promptly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged Items: If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us at info@everpjewelry.com within 48 hours. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can provide a swift resolution.

Lost or Stolen: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or building management first. If it remains missing after 3 business days, contact us. While Ever P. cannot take responsibility for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, we will do our utmost to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Canceling Orders
We strive to process orders quickly. You may cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it has been shipped. However, once your jewelry has been dispatched and is in transit, we are unable to cancel the order. Please refer to our Return Policy once the package arrives if you still wish to return it.
